Privacy policy
This is a starter privacy notice for a UK B2B service. It satisfies UK GDPR Articles 13 and 14 disclosure when filled in. Replace the placeholder values before publishing.

Tradik Limited ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England & Wales under company number 07139005, with its registered office at 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF.
We are the data controller for personal data we process about you. You can contact us at hello@tradik.com.
We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZA______ [TODO].
2. What we collect
- Account data — name, work email, role, the company you represent.
- Usage data — IP address, browser, pages viewed, timestamps. Used for security and product analytics.
- Communications — emails or messages you send us.
- Cookies — see our cookie policy.

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use a small set of sub-processors to operate the service. The current list is published at /legal/sub-processors/ [TODO].
5. International transfers
Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
For the duration of your account plus a maximum of 7 years to satisfy UK accounting and tax obligations. Specific retention schedules are available on request.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to our processing of your data. To exercise any of these, email hello@tradik.com. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
8. Changes
We will publish material changes here and notify account holders by email. The "Last reviewed" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
